Pretty Perfect Hampers offers a range of hampers including chocolate and sweets, pamper hampers, new baby hampers, and special occasion hampers like our Ultimate Movie Night Hamper. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if necessary.

4. Ordering

To place an order, simply browse our website, select your desired hamper, and follow the prompts to complete your purchase. Payment methods include major credit cards and PayPal. Upon completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

5. Delivery

We offer free next-day delivery throughout Adelaide. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. Orders must be placed by 3 PM for next-day delivery.
Please note that we currently do not deliver outside of Adelaide, South Australia

6. Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that customised hampers are non-refundable.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement without any charges. For cancellations after this period, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed.

8. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of purchase is the final price.
